This Privacy Policy explains how PDFroo (“we”, “us”), available at pdfroo.com, handles information when you use our website and tools.

1. Your files

All PDF and image tools on PDFroo process files locally in your web browser. Your files are not uploaded to, stored on, or viewed by our servers. When you close or reload the page, the files are cleared from memory. We cannot access, recover or share your documents because we never receive them.

2. Information stored on your device

We use your browser’s local storage to remember preferences such as light/dark theme and your recently used tools. If you choose “remember signature” in Sign PDF, the signature image is stored only in your browser. This information never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

3. Server logs

Like virtually every website, our hosting and content delivery providers may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the service running. These logs do not contain your files.

Cookies

PDFroo does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies.

Children

PDFroo is a general-audience service and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The “last updated” date shows when it last changed.
