By using PDFroo (pdfroo.com) you agree to these terms.

1. The service

PDFroo provides free tools to work with PDF and image files. The tools run in your browser; you are responsible for the files you process and for keeping copies of your originals.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use PDFroo only for lawful purposes and only with documents you have the right to use. In particular, the Unlock PDF tool must only be used on documents you are authorised to access.

3. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make the tools accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee that results will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose (for example, legal acceptance of an electronic signature or a specific file size).

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFroo is not liable for any loss of data, profits or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

5. Intellectual property

The PDFroo name, logo, website design and code are our property. Your files remain entirely yours – we claim no rights over them and never receive them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
